Four integrated tools for computational biology researchers. Design sequences, simulate molecular interactions, and export validated structures - from a single platform.
BioQuantum
Fold, simulate, and verify - in one workspace.
BioQuantum natively supports FASTA, PDB, SDF, and MOL2 formats for input and export. You can also fetch sequences directly from UniProt, NCBI, PLAbDab, and the Protein Data Bank by accession ID — no manual download required.
BioQuantum's VQE engine uses the RealAmplitudes ansatz with a COBYLA optimizer running on a 4-qubit circuit. It simulates protein folding on a 3D lattice model and outputs ground-state energy (in Hartrees) with full iteration-by-iteration energy convergence plots.
BioQuantum includes SVM-based AMP (antimicrobial peptide) classification with toxicity scoring, the Chou-Fasman algorithm for secondary structure prediction (α-helix, β-sheet, coil), and Biopython-based protein metrics including molecular weight, isoelectric point, and GRAVY index.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Simulation data and molecular structures are isolated per workspace and never used for model training without explicit opt-in. Enterprise plans include on-premises deployment for maximum data sovereignty.
Yes. BioQuantum provides a full REST API for programmatic access to all platform features — peptide design, simulation submission, result retrieval, and pipeline orchestration. API keys are managed from your profile dashboard at /profile#api.
